There are two kitchens located at either end of the house. There is a main kitchen, including a butlers pantry, and another smaller kitchen which includes a fridge, oven/stove cook top and sink

There are four bathrooms conveniently located throughout the property. 3 are seperate and one is an ensuite

1.5 Acres of Grounds

Over 1.5 acres of grounds to utilise outside. Including a games shed, lots of fruit & nut trees and friendly neighbour cows at the fence line

The interior spaces allow for groups to gather in a beautiful home with modern camp centre type facilities. The exterior grounds of Kanigan Mountain Retreat offer authentic retreat conditions with 1.5 acres of ground and breath taking views.

Bedroom 2: 1 x Queen bed. Possibility to add single foldout or port cot. Capacity 1-3

Bedroom 3: 1 x Queen bed. Possibility to add single foldout or port cot. Capacity 1-3

Bedroom 4: With ensuite. 1 x Triple bunk (Double below + single above) + 1 x Single bed with trundle. Capacity 1-5

Bedroom 5: 1 x Queens bed + 1 x Wooden Cot. Capacity 1-3

Bedroom 6: 1 x Queen bed. Possibility to add single foldout or port cot. Capacity 1-3

Bedroom 7: 1 x Single bunk. Capacity 1-2

Bedroom 8: XL Downstairs Bunk room. 2 x Single bunks & 1 x Queen bed. Capacity 1-6

Chapel: 1 x Queen bed + 1 x Triple bunk (Double below + single above). Possibility to add 1 x Single fold out bed or portable cot as needed. Capacity 1-6. *** Please note the Chapel is a stand-alone building which is across the driveway, although there is no bathroom, it does have a wood burning fireplace and small seating area. Toilets are accessed in main house ***
